2008-9 Single Registration Application

The following must me included with single registration application:

1.       A copy of the registration certificate from another registry listing you as the owner.

2.       A copy of a five or more generation pedigree.

3.       Two color photographs (one of the left side and one of the right side).

All documentation submitted will be evaluated and authenticated before issuance of American Bulldog Association registration papers. The applying dog not matching the breed’s phenotype, or fraudulent pedigree will cause the application to be rejected and a refund of the application fee will be made.

OWNERSHIP AND CERTIFICATION
The current owner of the dog who applies for registration must complete this section.
I hereby certify to the best of my knowledge that the information contained in this application is true and correct and that the ancestors are of the same breed as the dogs I am attempting to register. I also certify that the accompanying photographs are a true representation of the dog identified by this application and supporting pedigree. Subsequent registration papers of this dog may be revoked if it is proven to our satisfaction that this application was fraudulent.
